A Taste of the Estate: Private dining experience
In the heart of the Manor, we’ve been tasting, testing and refining an experience we’re very excited to now be able to share with you.
Taste of the Estate is a dining journey including elements from across our restaurants, taking place primarily in our Tasting Room, exclusively yours for the night. And it’s open to non-residents, alongside hotel guests.

Your experience begins with arrival snacks in The Library Bar. Without giving too much away, you’ll enjoy a greatest hit from both Kynd and Grace & Savour.
When it comes to your final snack, you’re playing chef. You’ll join our chefs at the grill in the Manor House kitchen, with a snack influenced by our bakery sourcing.
For your five plated courses, you’re heading into The Tasting Room. Think dishes like Tandoori monkfish with a fennel chutney, Hereford beef fillet, peppercorn sauce and all-you-can-eat smoked butter mash and apple Tarte Tatin.

Throughout dinner, you’ll be able to see your chefs preparing your next course, and there’s the chance for as much or as little interaction as you would like.
After your cross-over course and pud, you’re invited back to the grill, this time on s’mores. And if you’re just not ready for the night to come to a finish, we can thoroughly recommend end-of-night cocktails in our games room. Just watch out for how addictive shuffle board can get.

Taste of the Estate is available for groups of between four and eight. The experience will be priced at £125pp but as a special introductory offer, you can join us for £95pp for a limited time. Drinks packages and pairings available. We can cater for veggie and vegan diets—just notify us of dietaries at the time of booking.
