Learn how to make and bake our ever-popular cinnamon buns. Join us for a two-hour insight into the secrets behind our best-selling recipe from our in-house bakery. Expect to get very hands-on, creating both dough and cinnamon butter from scratch, before shaping.

You’ll take home a tray of buns, as well as a detailed recipe card to ensure you can continue to impress with your new-found expertise at home.

Learn how to make two of the best things in the world — bread and butter. Join us for a three-hour workshop, starting with a simple sourdough process. In between the sourdough steps, you’ll make your very own sourdough starter to take home for future bakes. We’ll also make, flavour and wrap butter, before the final sourdough shaping.

You’ll take home sourdough, your very own starter for future bakes, rolled and wrapped butter, a detailed recipe card and access to a digital guide to remind you of the techniques you learn on the day.

All our workshops are open to hotel and non-residential guests. Our classes are popular, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Our village train station includes direct services to Birmingham and London, and is a five-minute walk from The Cookery School. There’s also plenty of parking available.
