Award-winning chefs, Aktar Islam and Stu Deeley, have combined forces to offer an Indian wedding banquet in the stunning surrounds of the Hampton Manor estate. The ultimate interpretation of contemporary in the country.

At the heart of your wedding feast is two Michelin starred, Aktar Islam’s slow-cooked lamb, served to the table for guests to carve and share along with a selection of curries, naan and all the extras you’d expect. This show-stopper of a main was awarded 10/10/10 on Great British Menu, making it all the way to the final banquet — an exquisitely crafted dish, served up in a relaxed style that’s bound to keep your friends and family in full celebratory mode.

As a former MasterChef: The Professionals winner, and executive chef at Hampton Manor, Stu is topping and tailing Aktar’s starters and main with his signature canapés, as well as creating a very special buttermilk dessert, inspired by the classic flavours of mango lassi. Think panna cotta with a twist.

Combined with Aktar’s credentials — as chef patron of Opheem, the only Indian restaurant outside London to hold two Michelin stars — you know you’re in for a treat. This very special menu is available only on select dates through to 2025.

Hampton Manor’s unique events space is nestled under our historic clock tower. The light-filled atrium is suitable for up to 132 guests, with a very limited number of larger weddings available each year with the addition of a marquee. Across the estate, we also have 24 bedrooms. Situated in the Warwickshire countryside, we’re well connected by road, as well as offering excellent, direct transport links to London and Birmingham International Airport by train.
