PEEL’S’ MILK CHOCOLATE FUDGE RECIPE
Rob Palmer and his Team’s Simple Recipe to Glee

Ingredients:
395g double cream
225g liquid glucose
680g caster sugar
450g milk chocolate
115g unsalted butter
Method:
- Bring the sugar, glucose and cream to 124°C
- Quickly beat in the chocolate and butter
- Set in or out of the fridge, depending on time
- Cut once set, serve with glee
