MILK CHOCOLATE FUDGE

PEEL’S’ MILK CHOCOLATE FUDGE RECIPE
Rob Palmer and his Team’s Simple Recipe to Glee

Ingredients:

395g double cream
225g liquid glucose
680g caster sugar
450g milk chocolate
115g unsalted butter

Method:

  1. Bring the sugar, glucose and cream to 124°C
  2. Quickly beat in the chocolate and butter
  3. Set in or out of the fridge, depending on time
  4. Cut once set, serve with glee
