GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
GIFT CARDS
Your gift voucher features a unique reference number with an expiry date, may only be used once, may not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost and is non-transferable. Any additional beverages are not included in this offer. Any residual balance must be settled on departure. Booking is essential and subject to availability. The reference number should inserted in the online booking process when prompted or be quoted over the phone at the time of booking. The terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
WORKSHOP GIFT CARDS:
As above plus additional terms apply:
1. Once you have booked your tickets using your gift card, they are non-refundable but freely transferrable to another person for the same class, on the same date if you wish to send someone in your place.
2. Subject to availability, tickets may be transferred to an alternative date or course up to 14 days prior to the course date. Please email reservations@hamptonmanor.com if you wish to transfer your ticket.
3. Course descriptions may be subject to variations if ingredients are unavailable. Occasionally, we may have to cancel or postpone a class due to unavoidable circumstances or if a class is undersubscribed. In such a case we will notify all confirmed attendees as soon as possible and provide a full refund or alternative date.
4. Please check allergens in workshop descriptions prior to booking. We are unable to make alternatives available where an allergen is key to a workshop. If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know by emailing reservations@hamptonmanor.com.
5. Participants must be at least 15 years old to attend workshops unless otherwise stated. Children aged 15-17 years must be accompanied with a paying adult.
