The stage is set on our 45 acre estate for you to curate a gathering to remember. From team retreats to brand launches and board meetings to incentive trips we have both the spaces and the team to make your company stand out.
THE COURTYARD
For 16-132 guests
Best for celebrations, private dining, meetings, product launches and brand activations.
A covered courtyard is set in stone walls with space for 16-132. It features a glass-roofed atrium with views of the clocktower, filling the space with natural daylight. It also has its own private bar and a second smaller atrium which separated by a curtain. The glass doors open onto a heated private outdoor garden terrace – this exclusively yours to enjoy.
Room hire applies for under 30 guests.
THE DINING ROOM
For 9-42 guests at the Manor House
Best for private dining
Our Dining Room is the jewel of the Manor House, with views of the clocktower and gardens. The centrepiece is the long oak table carved from a single piece of locally felled English oak. Make the most of other spaces in the house to add some party vibes.
Walled Garden Cottage
For 6-10 guests around the table. Sleeps up to 8.
Best for away days, retreats and intimate celebrations.
In 1891 the Manor’s walled garden was built around the cottage creating an enchanting setting for this spacious cottage. The downstairs includes a lounge with log burning fire, long dining/meeting room table for up to 10, a pantry with high table and bar stools for gathering, a small sun room looking over the garden for little cosy chats, your very own kitchen and garden dining space.
THE TASTING ROOM
For 4-8 guests at the Manor House
Best for private dining
Tasting Room is an immersive theatre dining experience at the heart of the Manor House. The private room seats up to eight guests with a window into the kitchen where the chefs cook over the fire to showcase dishes from our kitchens around the estate. The room can also be used for small meetings during the day.
THE PARLOUR
For 10-18 guests
Best for meetings and private dinners
The Parlour looks out onto the lawns through large windows. The room has a generous lounge space and a long table for up to 18 guests that can be gathered around for meetings and/or dining.
Cookery School
Workshops in the Walled Garden
Best for adding something different to your event.
The cookery school looks over the walled garden and offers a range of unique classes such as bread and butter making, cinnamon bun workshops, wood carving, gardening and foraging experiences.

Guided Wellness Retreats with Dr Sally Bell
A deep dive for teams that want to build personal resilience and wellbeing.
Dr Sally Bell has curated one to three day retreats designed to immerse participants in practices that bring meaningful change to health and resilience. Her framework includes nutrition, movement, connection, rest and play. Our unique context provides the opportunity for you to translate theory into fun, interactive, multi-sensory, eye-opening moments.
Sally specialises in helping people perform under pressure with personalised practices that protect against stress and fatigue, releasing people to do their best work. Sally has qualified as both a Breath-work and HeartMath coach, a programme that supports leaders’ ability to tap into their emotional intelligence and intuition. She’s built on her integrative practice, training as a meditation teacher with the British School of Meditation. With her unique perspective and Hampton Manor’s Michelin starred destination, you have all you need to tailor-make a day of transformation for your team.
Smoke
For 1-16
Best for large groups wanting a buzzy restaurant.
Smoke is a rustic restaurant set amongst the original Victorian greenhouses where in summer months groups can also dine. Inside the restaurant a large table hosts groups of up to 16 where diners can order A La carte. The restaurant offers a special of Cote de Boeuf to share.
The restaurant can be hired privately for up to 40 covers.
Grace & Savour
Michelin Starred Dining for up to 12
Best for groups wanting an inspiring and immersive dining experience to elevate their time away together.
Grace & Savour is our destination Michelin starred dining experience. Small groups can dine in the main dining room with views over the garden and open kitchen with the experience starting at 7pm. Larger groups are invited to the adjacent cookery school where chefs deliver the dishes from a shorter tasting menu. Group of 7-12 are welcomed at 6pm and seated for 6.30pm.
The restaurant can be hired privately for up to 40 covers.
House Rhythm
Every day on our estate we welcome our residents with an hour of curated vinyl and cake. A little later its time for Swig, our daily informal wine tasting that gets under the skin of our cellar. After checkout the next day guests get backstage to “Meet the maker” a behind the scenes explore of our bakery, kitchens and garden.
We love adapting these daily rhythms to make group stays extra special and true to the tune of our house. Just ask when booking your event.
