Hosted on annual rotation by one area across the estate, Manor House, Smoke or Grace & Savour. 

Bring your immediate family to the Summer party. Christmas party is dedicated to employees only.

Available to all employees on a fixed hour contract from anywhere across the estate.Yourself plus one guest can enjoy this oncea year, April-April (subject to availability) 

PROVISION OF FOOD

For each 8 hour shift you are entitled to a staff meal, prepared fresh each day to be enjoyed during your break.

TIPS

Any & all tips are shared equally between all staff who contribute towards the outstanding service our guests receive.

If a guest is impressed with you personally they may try to tip you directly but please make your line manager aware as the tip must still go into the till to be shared – We win as a team!

ACADEMY, TRAINING & AWAY DAYS

Learning on the job is great but we also try and get out and about to places that can enhance our skill set and widen our knowledge, this varies depending on teams.
