Rob Palmer has been with us since our early days, starting out in a junior position. Years later he took charge of our team of talented young chefs at the age of 27.  Despite never having worked in a Michelin Starred kitchen before, Rob went onto win his first star and fourth AA rosette within 18 months. Rob works quietly and understatedly but with a steely determination. He is rigorous in his approach to flavour, committed to the main ingredient on the plate. He’s typically seen with a pencil tucked behind his ear, ready for his moments of inspiration.
