Rob Palmer joined our team in the early days and has risen through the ranks. He took charge of our team of young local chefs at the age of 27. Rob went on to win his first Michelin star and fourth AA rosette within 18 months. Rob works quietly and understatedly but with a steely determination. He is rigorous in his approach to flavour and committed to the main ingredient on the plate. He’s typically seen with a pencil tucked behind his ear, ready for his moments of inspiration.
