DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Across the estate we welcome all dietary requirements with the exception of Grace & Savour.
Please do give us 72 hours’ advance notice of all dietary requirements by emailing reservations@hamptonmanor.com
Grace & Savour with notice can deliver a full vegetarian menu and accommodate specific dietary requests. However the menu celebrates British dairy throughout so accommodating dairy free menus and vegan preferences is not currently possible. We would like to emphasise that all dairy products come from low intensity regenerative farms focussed on integrating animals into the balance of an ecosystem essential for the restoration of our soil. These farmers believe animals are key in our response to climate change with living soils being a major means of locking in carbon and reducing global warming. Our decision to celebrate meat and dairy on the menu is part of our ongoing conversation and exploration of how to best respond to questions of sustainability and the environment. For this reason many of our guests choosing veganism out of principle opt to enjoy our vegetarian menu.

Grace & Savour
Our menu is up to 15 courses and is set each day by the chefs and introduced to you as the dishes are presented. The full menu card is presented to you at the end of your experience. Guests dine together at 7pm and the experience last approximately 3 hours. The menu length may vary but the portions will be judged accordingly. With advance notice we offer a vegetarian menu but currently cannot offer a dairy free menu.
Across the British isles we are discovering a movement of growers, farmers and fishermen pioneering a more sustainable way of working. Our menu focuses on organic, biodynamic or regeneratively farmed produce that is not only restoring the soil is pushing the boundaries of flavour. Central to our approach to the menu is to be guided by using what is available from our own garden and our network of farms and seamen.
