Lord Mowbray

Lord Mowbray formerly known as Neil son of Roger d’Aubigny received our estate from William I Geoffrey de Wirce, a Norman knight and a follower of William the Conqueror

Stunning views over the garden, and the enormous chandelier hangs outside above the sweeping staircase as you leave your room. A grand sense of arrival and indeed exit. Brer Rabbit by William Morris and Morris embroidered cushions feature our Arts and Crafts history in this room.
