THE VEGETARIAN STAYOVER

It’s rare to find a whole estate dedicated to crafting a 2 night adventure for the intrepid foodie.  But what’s better than our signature, two-night food-driven escapes? Our monthly editions where we team up with a household name who is shaping our nation’s food.

This May 16th-18th, Anna Jones, the best selling vegetarian food writer will be hosting this spring midweek stay with her yoga friend, Naomi Annand.

Anna, author of One, will be curating the menu with our chef Stuart Deeley at Smoke for the first night of this very special experience. Your second night will include a vegetarian tasting menu at our Michelin starred Peel’s, with brunches and tea time treats, all designed by Anna and the Hampton Manor chefs.

Joined by friend, author and founder of Yoga on the Lane, Naomi Annand, you can also expect a range of yoga and meditation practices across the three days. With over twenty years’ experience teaching, Naomi guides compassionate practices suitable for all levels of experience. Dr Sally Bell, our nutrition expert, will make it a trio of inspirational women and will be hosting a wellness workshop.

FIRST NIGHT: DINNER IN SMOKE

Smoke sits on the edge of the Manor’s walled garden where Masterchef The Professionals winner, Stuart Deeley, is cooking over coals.

Stuart’s home is the honest setting of the old furnace house where you can shake off your best manners and dig in. The space invites a convivial atmosphere with its rustic charm, fire pits, greenhouses and stripped back vibe.

This stay, Anna Jones will join Stuart to create a vegetarian supper to bring you her signature soulful food. With the smoky flavours of our grill, even regular carnivores won’t miss the absence of meat on the menu.

YOGA AND NUTRITION WORKSHOPS

On the second day, there will be a couple of workshops which are included in your stay. It is up to you how much or how little you join in with!  Naomi Annand will lead you in yoga and meditation whilst wellness doctor, Dr Sally Bell, will host a food workshop around nutrition.

 

 

 

SECOND NIGHT: DINNER IN PEEL'S

After a night of comfort in Smoke, and day of padding around in your flip flops for our workshops, your last night is your evening to live it up a little. Your finale meal will  be a vegetarian tasting menu in Michelin-starred restaurant.
