Daz is Rob’s right hand man. The two have worked together since April 2011 and across the years have witnessed and influenced the development of Peel’s. Daz has created some of the restaurant’s most notorious dishes and shares Rob’s vision to remain faithful to seasonality, sustainability, and simplicity.
