Sainsbury’s Magazine

In the UK travel special of Sainsbury’s Magazine they picked out their six favourite foodie breaks, and one very special family run, Michelin starred, Birmingham based restaurant with rooms made the cut.

They understood Creative Director Fjona Hill’s vision to transform the stately Manor home into a comforting and contemporary home from home: ‘the exterior of the manor may be steeped in history but the interior has been beautifully designed, and feels luxe and modern.’

They similarly pinpointed Head Chef Rob Palmer’s vision for Peel’s: ‘peppered with amazing ingredients from tender langoustine to Wagyu brisket, each dish showcases the best seasonal British produce.’

The highlights had to be: Nyetimber, Wagyu, Chocolate with hazelnut and sherry.
